Meet Andreas Giron, a young Salvadoran coffee grower and exporter from whom we purchase our Direct Trade El Salvadoran coffee.  We believe this is the best way for us to buy outstanding quality coffee while maximising his return on the crop.  Andreas came to NZ for one year and worked with us here during 2010.  You can follow his crop to our roastery and your cup via the images below!
